According to GDPR, each controller and processor shall maintain a record of processing activities under its responsibility. That record shall contain all information specified in Article 30 of GDPR.

Without specific knowledge, creation of the records can be difficult and there is a risk that it will be done improperly.

To facilitate the implementation of data protection measures in your company, we have developed a GDPR-compliant Registry that can be used immediately. We have also anticipated that completing the Registry may seem complicated, so we put explanations in the Registry to help you with this.

Please note, that the obligations to keep records of processing activities does not not apply to an organisation employing fewer than 250 persons unless the processing it carries out is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects, the processing is not occasional, or the processing includes special categories of data.

The registry will be emailed to you after payment.
